If you are a master’s student or a recent master’s graduate seeking to expand your research experience in the fields of Physics and Chemistry this summer, here is an amazing opportunity waiting for you. Westlake University is accepting applications for the 2023 Summer Graduate Research Internship.


Our four-week internship program is aimed at training the next generation of scientists by providing them with the chance to engage in research in their areas of interest at our world-class laboratories under the mentorship of our faculty members, who are the leading minds in their fields.

Our summer internship program goes beyond providing an immersive research experience. It offers diverse academic and cultural activities on and off campus, allowing interns to enjoy the beauty of Hangzhou, experience local culture, forge new connections, and create unforgettable memories.


What’s more, the internship program offers free on-campus housing throughout the duration of the internship. At the conclusion of the program, our interns will receive a certificate of completion. Our internship program duration is from July 17th to August 11th.

The deadline to submit an application is June 5, 2023. The internship application and program fees for international applicants have been waived for this year.
